Let me tell you a
little about myself...
I am a highly motivated and responsible college graduate, belonging to Adelphi University's class of 2009. I have graduated with a BA in Psychology, and am continuing in a five year program to receive a MA in Childhood Education. Along with my masters I intend on graduating in 2010 with an Advanced Certificate in Special Education. Throughout my college experience, I have gained a great work ethic, along with plenty of experience with students of all ages. Many of my college courses have provided expertise in developmental psychology, children with special needs, preparing and teaching lesson plans, as well as opportunities to experience numerous classroom situations. I plan to eventually take my experiences with me and apply everything that I have learned into my own classroom. The lesson plans, as well as most of their cooperating pieces, contained in these pages are lessons, worksheets, and manipulatives that I have developed and written myself throughout my many methods courses at Adelphi University. Many of the lessons and projects on my site have also been taught in the classrooms that I have observed in. |
