Our major research interest is focused on two chief issues in the interplay between endocrinology and neurobiology. The projects are focussed on

1) the signaling pathway involved in the neuroprotection of estrogen on hypothalamic cells under hyglycemic conditions

2) effect of estrogen and leptin on the reproductive axis
