The Frederick V. Pohle Colloquium in the History of Mathematics
was founded in September 1998. It is hosted by the
of Mathematics & Computer Science
at Adelphi University
in Garden City, NY, 11530.
The Colloquium is named in honor of our departed colleague,
Fred Pohle, a former chairman of the department.

The colloquium usually meets on the first Wednesday of the month.
All talks are held in the Science Building, room 233, at 4:00
Coffee is served at 3:45
Dinner with the speaker at a local restaurant generally follows each talk;
everyone is welcome.
